Ok so i thought i'd bring this up. I mean everyone here on the forums basically loves to play eota and who wouldn't. It's actually a really well made hero defence with the ability to make buildings that spawn units hat you can use to help defend.

Anyways with the new version by a editor, and the edition of new heroes, we should start playing it more often.

The Castle Defence that is being updated. It's quite nice.

I made it on normal solo ,yes its a nice map whoever is editing it knows whats he doing

Also thats what i was saying. That Newuser has been updating the map. I can't believe you beat it on solo, which hero were you.

The Builder, I could destroy the navy and outer towers from the undead also.Wasn't easy tough.

Normal is actually really easy to bet on solo, since you get all the gold (which is a lot) and can go absolutely nuts with building units. Imagine, 6 tauren builders w/ shamans and priests, with air support. GG undead.

I tried going builder solo. It worked out quite well... until the giant boss at the end came. None of the civilians could get to the portal while he killed more towers than I could make. It became a gradual GG for me.

I tried solo as the Temporal Mage. I got really far by using Shamans, Taurens, Rifleman, and priests, with Griffens late-game. Massing flame-cannon towers was also a big part =p. However, Deinnov ate my forces raw. Not a thing I could do.

I think we still fail to use the items at the shop by the town hall. I mean they're freakin free.

I have only understood about 40% of what you all are talking about. How about posting the latest EotA in this topic?

Actually, I buy loads of mana potions. In fact, I usually buy them ALL. Ankhs too. Occasionally health potions. Mostly mana though, cuz I freaking hate not being able to dish out huge amounts of damage.

Personally i find it hard to get items like those late game sence you only have 6 slots and its basically full by then.

That's true. As free as they are, by that point you're either:

A: Too strong to need them. (If you're an intel hero you've probably always got full mana, no matter how often you cast)
B: Too much stuff (there's some pretty useful items)
C: Too weak to make a difference

And honestly, late game, things get so hectic it's hard to really use them.

Honestly, for the last 50 times I've played, I've completely forgotten there were items.
