new 'Rozen Maiden' map

I am going to be making a WC3 map based on the Anime/Manga series "Rozen Maiden". I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions or if anyone knows of a good alternate map maker for WC3? If you recomend a map editor I would prefer something with low sys-reqs since I will be using mainly my older PC.

I have heard people on the internet talk about Rozen Maiden, but I've never really been sure what that was.
A map based on an anime/manga series is not uncommon though, (But an interesting idea) I hear there's another game based on an anime, Fate Stay Night, I think.

Dark has referred me to a good map editor. Now all I need is some advice. I will update this thread when I need to ask for ideas.
