Topics to Keep
Out with the old, in with the new.
With the revival, I'll be ditching a LOT of the forum. Your post counts will probably drop. Deal.
What sections of the forum do you want kept? (I won't do any deleting until I see a few people reply, since I know many of you don't frequent the forums very often).

Re: Topics to Keep
I vote for keeping a little section on the roots of where the Clan came from, at the least.
I cannot make much of a call with the other subjects, though.

Re: Topics to Keep
Now that I look back at the forums, I gotta say, we have a ridiculous amount of sub-forums and categories. Srsly.

Re: Topics to Keep
The clan -is- pretty old.
.. Apparently, a maid was never hired to go around and clean up the piles of categories, topics, subs, stray posts, and such.
... Ooohh. Right. Dark is the maid. Er.. .. Eh, close enough?

Re: Topics to Keep
I personally vote for just about everything to be removed. A fresh start. Maybe leave the ones about the completed WC3 maps and just trim those down so that people know work the clan has done in the past?
Re: Topics to Keep
I'll do some major reading throughout everything to try to get a better.. grasp on what all is here. ... I think I'll need bigger hands, a rope to tie me down to the home page in case I get lost, and a gas-mask.
Wish me luck.

Re: Topics to Keep
Naw. Most of the stuff in the last year is likely discussion on how dead everything has become. Bad for the setting of a Grand Revival (which we still need to get working on! No falling asleep here, people! Someone go spill some coffee on Dark)

Re: Topics to Keep
I suppose we COULD go completely clean (with the exception of a few topics) if you guys are willing to.
-Helps clean up "members" on the website that aren't really members (like that one person who came in advertising handbags)
-We won't need to remember to update any long-forgotten threads that need to be updated
-Everyone's a little more mature now or changed in some other way, so a lot of the topics back then don't accurately reflect most of us
-It's just cleaner.

Re: Topics to Keep
-waves about a bottle of pinesol?- I accidentaly spiked my headphones to the floor, last night. .. feels weird not having them on while being at my computer. Arrgh..
It definitely would be much easier to navigate. All I propose to keep are things referencing the roots of BFaC. I have a 'thing' for nostalga.

Re: Topics to Keep
Come on Dark! Either get to work or give someone else admin access and tell them what to get started on. We need to get this up and running ASAP now that we're actually getting an action plan

Re: Topics to Keep
Relax Fewmets. I've been waiting to get a wide range of opinions on what we want to do. I don't wanna go ripping things out and have someone go "HEY WTF I WANTED THAT".
Looks like right now, I'll be ripping out almost every category and we can replace them as/if we want them. I'm very much debating whether I want to keep the Wc3 map threads. If I do, I'm going to compact them a LOT.
I'll also be doing a user purge very soon.

Re: Topics to Keep
I think Few was unnereved (As I was) by the slight silence that had followed right after I came back and made a sizeable splash.
I'd like it if you compacted them. I dun care if you put them in a box, but there's my vote on it.

Re: Topics to Keep
Delete my map section. Anything I was working on was lost in a hard drive death. :/ Making shit with Myre can go too. I've cleaned out most of my home made shit to make room for things that actually matter.
