Wanted!

Hey! I've picked this old map up again, and am simply curious as to what you guys want out of it.

I'm really not sure what it is, but it sounds like a western style shooter where you hunt criminals. If I know a little more about it I'll spew suggestions out like vomit. They'll be better then vomit, of course.

It's been a really long time since I played. I remember it being fun, but lacking something. I can't place what.

Whats the map like?

It's just like you thought it was; a western shoot 'em up. You could go in buildings, and there were different weapons, and poo piles, and tornadoes, and a train...

That topic sums it up. I've polished it up a fair amount, though, and am working on making some new abilities. For example, Cacti wil llikley be able to transform into a cactus.

It would help if you told us about each one, so we don't spout random abilities...

Jack Pyron
An arsonist who uses Molotovs as weapons, he is undead.

Ashenvale Jane
She is an adventurer and is in it for the cash. She is a nightelf.

Raven Hawkins
The single passive character, he is an eagle and carries a rifle.

Chicito Mushashos
The mexican troll. Carrying a Winchester, he uses dirty tactics.

Maxburn Bullseyes
The bloodelf bounty hunter. He can teleport around.

Snarly Kruger
The major outlaw, he is a gnoll with a rifle. he plays dirty.

Anyway, the cactus form idea for Pampa sucked in game, so I need one for him, too.

Cacti Pampa
Walking cactus with nine-barreled gun and sunglasses.

Maybe Cacti Pampa could fire needles from his body?

He already does. Maybe I should post the abilities they already have?

That would be smart too.

How's about this. Update the first post with all the heroes + abilities, and I'll just clean out the thread. New start, and it'll make sense.

Cacti Pampa - The Stranger

-Cactus Thorn
Fire a cactus thorn on the foot of the target wich slow target movement speed by 90% last 10 seconds

-Need Ability

Billy Withcomb - The Sheriff

-Airstrike
Fire 5 missile in the air wich fall down the to target area each missile dealing 500 damage and leaving flames. Extremley high range but easly avoidable.

-Ground Pound
Billy pounds the ground, dealing very minimal damage to nearby foes, but stuns them for 3 seconds.

Chicito Mushashos - The Foreigner

-Headshot
Fire a bullet that deal a lot of damage and stuns for 3 seconds. Good to finish off a nearly dead enemy.

-Need Ability

Maxburn Bullseyes - The Gambler

-Warp Ten
Using this, Maxburn can warp himself somewhere. The disadvantage is the need to aim where to land.

-Need Ability

Raven Hawkens - The Justice

-Pacifist
Disables enemy units attack in area of effect. Last 12 seconds.

-Cuff 'Em
Raven cuffs his target, so that they cannot run. Requires very close range. Lasts for 12 seconds.

Rawulf Red Wolf - The Outlaw

-Full Cylinder
Shoots all bullets in your cylinder over 5 seconds.

-Showtime Bullet
Fires 3 bullets that deal 200 damage. Good to finish off a nearly dead enemy.

Jack Pyron - The Arsonist

-Molotov Cocktail
Ignites the ground where Jack attacks

-Need Ability

Snarly Kruger - The Crook

Spread Shot
Fires a cartridge of buckshot which spreads in 9 splinter bullets dealing 150 damage in area of effect.

-Need Ability

Warthog Douglas - The Mayor

-Explosive Barrel
Sets down a barrel of explosives .It explodes after 30 seconds dealing 1000 full damage and 300 partial damage. If any units shoot the barrel, it will explode.

-Danger Zone
Spawns 12 powder barrels in the area. If a units shoost any barrel it will explode in chain with other barrels. Each barrel deals 1000 full damage and 300 partial damage.

Ashenvale Jane - The Adventurer

-Shadow Meld
Allows Jane to become invisible, and move slightly faster. If Jane attacks a unit to break invisibility, the attack will do bonus damage.

-Need Ability

Well, this finally got tested with the clan. Major sucess.

How about Cacti dude gets the spike armor ability or something?

Can teh cactus dude shoot a shit load of thorns at someone?

From what I saw, he fires 1 carefully-aimed needle at the foot of an enemy, slowing him down. But hes got a good firing rate.

Tom you don't have a life so you should be on warcraft alot and you would know more about these clan games.

Hmm. Maybe if you are hosting a clan game. How about sayin that in the chatbox because someone could be online and not know about the clan game just because they are not logged on to WC.

This wasn't a Clan game, I simply asked Myre to test it and it escalated a bit, with Moo and Fluffy joining the fray.

No, it was not a clan game. It was a quick test run (Which kicked ass, on a side note.) However, when it's balanced out a bit more and everyone has their abilities, I'll be more than happy to host clan games with this map. It's fun.

Since this wil lbe an epic clangame, I'm asking all the more for ability ideas. The rules are they cannot be channels, (draining mana per _____ while active) or melee attacks.
